  3. Once signed, the company is officially considered registered in Belgium. Publication in the Moniteur Belge takes 2-3 weeks.

Costs:

1200 EUR (our service, bulk discounts available).

1300 EUR (notary fee).

Financial statements must be submitted to the National Bank of Belgium within 3 months after registration.

Required Documents for Registration

  1. Passport copy
  2. Current legal address
  3. Future director’s diploma
  4. Three proposed company names
  5. List of planned activities
  6. Capital amount & share distribution
  7. Confirmation of signing (in person or via proxy)

If you do not legally reside in Belgium then you may have a trouble opening a bank account that is required for you to put in the company capital. Once you have opened the bank account it will stay blocked until the notary has confirmed your company registration. If you cannot open such an account then the only way is to register a partnership (SComm/CommV) with no bank account- it is a perfect solution. If you then need an SRL then you have to pass through the notary with fees around 1300 EUR with your accountant confirmation, and get your SRL registered this way. You will then open a bank account with an online bank like Revolut or Wise. We can help you along the way.

We may have shelf companies in other jurisdictions for sale. Consider Northern Macedonia where there is no CRS or Estonia with no tax on undistributed profit.
