RF Citizens Can Obtain Residence Permits in the Following Countries

Currently, Russian citizens can submit applications for residence permits in the following countries where procedural deadlines are respected:

1. Belgium – via Permis Unique/Work Permit in a Belgian company (2-6 months). Citizenship after 6 years
2. Hungary – Digital Nomad RP (Feher Kartya) – 2 months – application in Moscow.

8. North Macedonia – RP and company with zero taxes in 4-5 months.
9. Mexico Permanent Residency with the possibility to apply for citizenship in five years.
10. Mexican Citizenship in 6 months.
11. Latvia RP via Blue Card
12. Slovenia RP via Blue Card
13. South Africa – RP for 5 years and 75% financing possibility for real estate purchase (15% annual yield)

RF and Belarus citizens can obtain under certain conditions:

1. Kyrgyzstan Citizenship – 4-5 months – Good banking passport
2. Panama Passport (travel document)
3. Argentina RP/PR – birth, with certain border movement conditions
4. Uruguay RP in 4-8 months
5. Portugal RP via work and as digital nomad (subject to delays)

Citizens currently in the EU whose visas or residence permits are expiring and who cannot return to the RF should apply for a status change while the current document (visa, RP) is still valid. Once they expire, legalization options drastically decrease.
